Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on Esteemed Beauty, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact Esteemed Beauty Customer Service to track your order.
Business Days + Holidays
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For 2 Day and 1 Day Shipping: Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day. Packages do not ship from our fulfilment center on the following Holidays:

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS (Priority) standard shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services. Shipping is FREE for orders $50 and over and $6.95 for orders under $50.
Puerto Rico
We ship to Puerto Rico via our 3 BUSINESS DAY standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are also available.
P.O. Box
If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping. Shipping is FREE for orders $50 and over and $6.95 for orders under $50 We regret that we are unable to offer expedited shipping to P.O. Box addresses. If your shipment contains restricted items, you must use USPS Ground (Parcel Post) and may experience longer than our standard transit times. Orders to P.O. Box addresses may be delivered on weekends.

Multiple Shipments
To better service our clients, we use merchandise inventory from all our warehouses across the country. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment. Your credit card will be charged when your order is packaged and ready to be shipped. If you are receiving your order in multiple shipments, your credit card may be charged multiple times as we only charge your credit card when the product you ordered is packaged and ready to be shipped.
Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. To track an order on Esteemed Beauty, visit the My Account area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. Title to the products in your order is transferred from esteemed Beauty to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Esteemed Beauty to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available here.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Esteemed Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
